Samen aan Z: Enhancing User Experience
Samen aan Z is a platform built to support research groups in managing and collaborating on projects. When I joined the project, the platform’s project management functionality was limited and unintuitive, making it difficult for researchers and project managers to track and organize their work. My goal was to redesign and enhance the UX/UI using a Design Thinking approach focused on usability, clarity, and feature alignment with user needs.

STRATEGY
I conducted interviews with researchers and project managers to uncover pain points in their workflow. Based on these insights, I created empathy and affinity maps to guide the design process. I iterated through multiple prototypes, refining features based on user feedback. The final design included a redesigned project management system, intuitive dashboards, and a simplified onboarding experience - all built around real user needs.
